Twenty-four reports before lunch. Every day. Two years.

At Digital Blinc, the Prime line of business ran on rhythm. My job was to build that rhythm — hourly, daily, weekly — and hold the clients and management team to a single view of truth.

Context

Prime LOB was a high-volume operations business — the kind where a two-hour reporting gap costs real money. Reward & Penalty, Morning Open Call Ageing, and Daily Carrier Process Reports (CPRs) sat on top of thousands of raw rows, refreshed every hour of every shift.

02

What I owned

The full reporting stack: Morning Open Call Ageing, Reward & Penalty performance analyses, weekly and monthly KPI decks for senior management and clients, hourly Prime LOB performance reports, and a Daily Productivity Tracker shared with team leads.

03

The approach

I built a library of Excel workbooks that ate raw dumps and spit out client-ready sheets — SUMPRODUCT and INDEX-MATCH doing the heavy lifting, conditional formatting doing the storytelling. When a metric moved, my dashboards said so before the daily stand-up asked.

04

Outcomes

Two years of hourly reporting without a miss. Senior management stopped asking for one-off analyses because the standing decks already had the answers. Clients renewed on the strength of the operational transparency.
